Which healthcare sectors does E4 People specialise in? 

We have three specialist divisions: Aged Care (agency, contract and permanent staffing for residential and community aged care providers), Hospitals & Remote Care (travel nursing and midwife contracts for hospitals and remote health services), and Allied Health (permanent recruitment for aged care, NDIS, disability and community health organisations). Each division is run by consultants who work exclusively in that sector.

 

What compliance checks do candidates undergo before placement?

Every candidate is fully vetted before being placed with any facility. This includes AHPRA registration verification, National Police Clearance, Working With Vulnerable People checks, professional reference checks (minimum two referees), and documentation review for any role-specific requirements such as Aged Care Quality Standards compliance or NDIS Worker Screening. Our dedicated Compliance Officers manage this process - you don't need to chase paperwork. 

Can you staff facilities in rural and remote Australia?

Yes - regional, rural and remote placement is a specific strength of our Hospitals & Remote Care division. We maintain an active pool of remote-ready travel nurses and midwives with CRANAPlus endorsement and prior experience in community and primary health settings.
