We specialise in bridging skill gaps, ensuring long-term team success as well as fulfilling short-term staffing needs in aged care, hospitals, and regional & remote care facilities.

E4 kicks off in Darling Point, Sydney, as a joint venture between Edward Freeman and Josh Hill.

After a year of working from Edward’s apartment, we get our first official office! (A shared office space in Camperdown).

The team grows from 3 to 9, and our tiny office gets way too snug. Time to move to the big smoke, and Clarence St becomes our new home.
