Kelsey Cryan is the powerhouse behind E4’s branding and marketing strategies. As our Marketing Manager, Kelsey is dedicated to growing our reach, elevating our brand, and fostering valuable connections with candidates and clients across Australia.

Leading a dynamic team consisting of graphic designers, a marketing assistant, and video and podcast editors, Kelsey ensures that every campaign and creative piece not only reflects E4’s values but also drives impactful results. Her strong marketing background plays a crucial role in supporting E4’s growth, enhancing Consultants' candidate generation efforts, and strengthening their personal branding.

Outside of strategising and creating, Kelsey co-founded the E4 Run Club, showcasing her passion for health and community. Every week, the run club can be found running through Sydney’s CBD during lunch.

Kelsey’s ability to seamlessly blend creativity with strategy makes her an invaluable member of the team.
