What do you require from agency and temp staff?
We require a minimum of six months of experience and a Cert 3 in Aged Care to get started with us.What types of nursing roles do you offer?
We have a variety of roles available, including AIN/PCA, RN, RN In-Charge, and EN shifts. Additionally, we also offer temp shifts for Food Staff, Chefs, and Kitchen Hands at aged care facilities.
How flexible are the shifts, and can I pick my own schedule?
Flexibility is key! While you can pick your own schedule, weekday availability is a must, as nurses working on weekdays will get priority for weekend shifts. If you’re flexible with morning and evening shifts, there will be plenty of opportunities available for you.
How often will I get paid?
Every Friday! It’s a great way to kickstart your weekend. Just make sure you submit your signed timesheet by Tuesday at 12 pm to ensure payment that week.
Are there additional benefits like bonuses, overtime pay, or reimbursements?
We do provide bonuses on a case-by-case basis when appropriate.
Who do I contact if I face issues at work?
You’ll have a dedicated consultant for support whenever you need it. Plus, for urgent issues at night, our after-hours team is available 24/7 to assist.
Does it take long to sign-up with E4 People agency?
Not at all. We’ve got a smooth 10-step process to make onboarding as easy as possible. Just come prepared with your references and paperwork to avoid any delays.
What happens if I need to decline or cancel a shift?
If you need to cancel, you should let us know as soon as possible. It's important to only accept shifts you’re sure you can work, as care facilities depend on us for reliable staff. For urgent cancellations, call your consultant immediately.
How do I book shifts?
Once you’re onboarded, you’ll get access to our shift booking system, Entire OnHire. You can set up notifications for shifts in your area and upload your timesheets for easy e-signing by your manager.
