E4 People Induction

In addition to the host site induction, all workers must complete the WHS Induction for E4 Agency Healthcare Staff.

The WHS Induction for E4 Agency Healthcare Staff

  • Covers core WHS expectations applicable across all placements

  • Reinforces your rights and responsibilities as an E4 employee

  • Applies to all assignments 

The E4 Induction may be:

  • Issued to you directly upon onboarding

  • Completed as a policy acknowledgement via Entire

  • Provided upon request

If you have not received an induction

If you have not received or completed either the host site induction or the WHS Induction for E4 Agency Healthcare Staff, you must contact E4 People immediately before your first shift.

You should not commence work until both induction requirements are confirmed.

Your Responsibility

  • Complete all inductions fully and honestly
  • Follow all instructions provided during inductions
  • Ask questions if any information is unclear
  • Comply with host site and E4 People WHS requirements at all times 

Failure to complete required inductions or comply with safety instructions may result in removal from the placement.
