We're partnering with a respected not-for-profit aged care provider to appoint an experienced Residential Aged Care Manager to oversee a well-established medium-sized home in Toowoomba. This is an opportunity for an accomplished leader who enjoys balancing operational performance with exceptional resident care while being supported by an experienced executive team.

The Role
As the Residential Aged Care Manager, you'll have overall responsibility for the operational, clinical and financial performance of the home, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred care while driving occupancy, compliance and team engagement.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Lead all operational and clinical aspects of a medium-sized residential aged care home.
• Manage budgets, forecasting and financial performance.
• Drive quality, governance and compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards.
• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team, fostering a positive workplace culture.
• Oversee workforce planning, rostering and care minute compliance.
• Champion continuous improvement, accreditation readiness and resident outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families and key stakeholders.

• Current AHPRA Registered Nurse.
• Previous experience managing a residential aged care home.
• Strong operational leadership with proven financial and budget management experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of AN-ACC, the Aged Care Quality Standards and current aged care legislation.
• Demonstrated success leading multidisciplinary teams and driving quality outcomes.
• A collaborative, visible leader with a passion for delivering outstanding resident care.
