Are you an experienced Clinical Manager, Care Manager, or Facility Manager looking for flexible contract work?

We’re working with providers across Australia who are seeking confident, capable leaders to step into immediate short-term and longer-term contracts. These roles are ideal for professionals who want variety, flexibility, and the chance to make a tangible impact.

What We’re Looking For

☑️ Experienced Facility Managers, Clinical Managers, or Care Managers with strong aged care backgrounds (Minimum 2 years exp)
☑️ AHPRA Registered Nurses (must be clinical)
☑️ Proven leadership skills across both operational and clinical areas
☑️ Available to start immediately or early 2026
☑️ Strong communication, organisational and leadership skills
