We're partnering with a highly regarded not-for-profit aged care provider located 45 minutes south of Ipswich seeking a confident leader to take the reins of a well-established residential service. With strong regional support behind you, you'll have the autonomy to lead your team while focusing on what matters most: quality care, engaged employees and operational excellence.

• Previous leadership experience as a Service Manager or Facility Manager within residential aged care (ideally 3+ years, although candidates with around 2 years of strong leadership experience will also be considered).
• Experience leading medium to large residential aged care homes.
• Strong operational, financial and people leadership capability.
• Sound knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards and clinical governance.
• A passion for building high-performing teams and delivering outstanding resident care.

• $145,000 + Super + Salary Packaging + 5 weeks annual leave
