Role Description: We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Registered Nurses to join our agency for casual shifts across various healthcare settings in the Tamworth area. This is a fantastic opportunity for nurses looking for flexibility, variety, and the chance to work in different clinical environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in a range of healthcare settings.
- Perform clinical assessments, develop care plans, and implement nursing interventions.
- Administer medications, manage wounds, and provide other clinical procedures as required.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Adhere to all healthcare regulations and standards of practice.
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, nights, and weekends.
- Strong clinical skills and the ability to adapt to different healthcare environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
