AINs / PCWs – Casual Aged Care Shifts Batemans Bay & South Coast NSW

E4 People is on the lookout for AINs / Personal Care Workers to join our casual aged care team across Batemans Bay and the wider South Coast.

About the Role
You’ll be supporting residents in residential aged care with day-to-day personal care, helping them feel safe, comfortable, and respected.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assisting with personal care (showering, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Supporting mobility and daily routines
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Reporting any changes in residents’ wellbeing
• Working alongside friendly nursing and care teams

• Cert III or IV in Aged Care / Individual Support
• At least 6 months experience in residential aged care
• Current Police Check
• COVID-19 & Flu vaccinations
• A kind, reliable, and professional approach
