Personal Care Workers (PCWs) – Casual Aged Care Merimbula & South Coast NSW | Flexible Shifts Available
E4 People is a trusted aged care staffing provider, partnering with 350 aged care facilities across NSW. We’re currently seeking compassionate and experienced Personal Care Workers to join our casual pool across Merimbula and the South Coast.

About the Role: As a PCW with E4, you’ll provide high-quality, person-centred care in residential aged care settings, supporting residents to maintain dignity, independence, and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver personal care including showering, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Assist residents with mobility and daily routines
- Monitor and report changes in health or wellbeing
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Complete accurate care documentation
- Work collaboratively with nursing and care teams
- Certificate III or IV in Aged Care / Individual Support (or equivalent)
- Minimum 6 months’ experience in aged care (residential)
- Compassionate, reliable, and professional
- Able to adapt to different facilities and team environments
- Current Police Check (within 12 months)
- COVID-19 (minimum 2 doses) and Flu vaccination
- Flexible casual shifts – choose when and where you work
