AINs / PCWs – Casual Aged Care Shifts Orange & Bathurst | Central West NSW

E4 People is looking for AINs / Personal Care Workers to join our casual aged care team across Orange, Bathurst, and surrounding areas.

About the Role
You’ll be supporting residents in residential aged care with day-to-day personal care, helping them feel safe, comfortable, and respected.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assisting with personal care (showering, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Supporting mobility and daily routines
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Reporting changes in residents’ wellbeing
• Working alongside friendly nursing and care teams

• Cert III or IV in Aged Care / Individual Support
• Minimum 6 months experience in residential aged care
• Current Police Check
• COVID-19 & Flu vaccinations
• A kind, reliable, and professional approach
