Description
*** Allied-Health Recruiter - Build & Lead Our New Allied-Health Desk at E4 (Sydney CBD) ***
Are you a driven, experienced recruiter ready to launch and grow a specialised allied-health desk, with strong market demand and clients already lined up?
At E4, we’ve spent over a decade building a reputation as a trusted name in healthcare staffing and now we’re expanding our reach, aiming to become Australia’s most recommended healthcare staffing agency. As part of this growth, we’re launching a dedicated allied-health desk: physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech pathologists, mental-health and community-care specialists, and other allied-health professionals will be a core focus.
When you join E4, you won’t be thrown in the deep end. Instead, you'll benefit from a fully built-out support structure; in-house marketing, compliance, finance, operations, rostering and scheduling software, a branded client portal and complete back-office support. Everything is in place so you can focus on what matters most: recruiting exceptional allied-health professionals, forging strong client and candidate relationships, and delivering high-quality placements and results.
What You’ll Own
- Full-Cycle Allied-Health Recruitment & Account Management (360°): Source, screen, onboard and place allied-health professionals. Manage reference & compliance checks, rostering and scheduling coordination, and end-to-end candidate and client delivery.
- Client & Business Development: Leverage rising market demand to build new healthcare client relationships across aged-care, NDIS / disability support, community services, mental-health and more. Manage existing client relationships, while expanding the desk’s footprint.
- Strategic Collaboration & Service Delivery: Work alongside our in-house marketing, compliance, operations, finance, rostering-software and scheduling teams to deliver a seamless candidate & client experience. Use data and insights to shape strategy, optimise placements, reduce time-to-fill, and deliver high-quality service.
- Employer Brand & Candidate Experience for Allied-Health Professionals: Build E4’s reputation as a trusted allied-health staffing partner, ensure a positive, professional candidate experience that reflects high standards and care for clinicians.
- Opportunity to Lead & Scale - Division Growth Potential: This is a new desk, backed by strong demand and client interest. Once established you’ll have the opportunity to lead the desk as its first Division Manager, scaling allied-health staffing, building a team, and driving long-term strategic growth. Alternatively, you could focus solely on recruitment and billing, whichever path suits your ambition.
What You Bring
- Track record in full-cycle recruitment, ideally with experience in allied-health or healthcare staffing.
- Commercial awareness and consultative mindset; able to manage relationships end-to-end, candidate to client.
- Strong organisational ability and stakeholder-management skills; able to manage multiple concurrent roles and priorities in a fast-paced healthcare staffing environment.
- Resilience, adaptability, sense of ownership, accountability and a passion for allied-health care.
- Australian working rights (Citizen, Permanent Resident, or valid residency pathway).
Why E4 & This Desk Are Different
- Competitive Compensation: $70,000–$90,000 base (depending on experience), plus uncapped quarterly commissions.
- Established reputation and credibility: E4 has a proven track record in healthcare staffing. Our reputation and existing client base give you a strong foundation to build allied-health placements with trust and stability behind you.
- Strong Market Demand for Allied Health: Allied-health roles (e.g. physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech pathology) are among the most in-demand healthcare roles across aged-care, disability support, community care and mental health, demand is growing rapidly.
- Full Support Infrastructure; You Focus On What Matters: In-house marketing, compliance, operations, scheduling software and back-office support are all in place. So you spend your time recruiting, building relationships, and delivering results, not admin.
- Growth & Leadership Pathway: As the desk grows, you have a clear path to become a Division Leader; build your own team, shape allied-health staffing strategy, and lead a high-impact arm of E4.
- Work–Life Balance & Flexibility: 20 days annual leave, quarterly wellness day, birthday off, and the option to work from home once trained.
- Supportive, Professional Culture: Join a team that values collaboration, quality, professionalism, where achievements are shared and celebrated, and everyone contributes to a consistent, high‑standard service delivery.
- Modern, Convenient Workspace: Based near Town Hall in Sydney CBD - contemporary office environment, central to transport hubs and CBD amenities.
