About the Role

As the Assistant Facility Manager, you'll be the trusted second-in-command for a large residential aged care home, supporting both the clinical and operational performance of the service.

You will:

• Partner closely with the Facility Manager to lead the home
• Drive high-quality clinical and resident care outcomes
• Support and mentor clinical leaders and care teams
• Oversee compliance, accreditation, and quality initiatives
• Foster a positive and high-performing workplace culture
• Step confidently into the 1IC position when required

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Experience as both a Care Manager and Facility Manager within Residential Aged Care
• A minimum of 3 years' leadership experience in aged care
• Strong knowledge of clinical governance, compliance, and quality systems
• Experience leading and developing multidisciplinary teams
• The confidence and capability to oversee a large residential aged care service
• Quality Management experience (highly desirable)
