• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Support with mobility, transfers & manual handling
• Provide compassionate, person-centred care
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions
• Work collaboratively with nursing teams

• ✔ Certificate III or IV in Aged Care / Individual Support
• ✔ Minimum 6 months recent experience in Residential Aged Care
• ✔ Current Police Check (within 12 months, or willing to obtain)
• ✔ COVID-19 vaccinations
• ✔ 2026 Influenza vaccination (or willingness to obtain)
• ✔ Full working rights in Australia
• ✔ Located in Byron Bay or surrounding areas
