At E4 People, we’re partnering with a range of aged care facilities across QLD and interstate - supporting them through busy periods, sick leave gaps, and ongoing staffing needs. That means more shifts, better flexibility, and real choice for you.

We’re currently looking for experienced AINs/PCAs across locations including Mackay, Townsville, and Rockhampton who want to pick up regular casual shifts or block bookings.

• Minimum 6 months’ paid experience as an AIN/PCA in Australia (Aged Care)
• Strong communication and a caring, reliable approach
• NDIS Check (preferred for some facilities)
• Access to a car (ideal for regional locations)
