Description

Are you a strong clinical leader ready to step into a Care Manager role with a leading for-profit aged care provider?

We’re partnering with a well-established and growing organisation to appoint a Care Manager for a medium-sized residential aged care facility. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role where you can genuinely make an impact on clinical care, team culture and resident outcomes.

The Opportunity Working closely with a supportive Facility Manager and Head Office leadership team, you will oversee the day-to-day clinical operations of the home while leading and developing a committed clinical and care team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.

This role would particularly suit a strong senior Registered Nurse, Clinical Care Coordinator or experienced Care Manager looking to join a provider that values leadership, support and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of clinical care delivery across the home
  • Lead, mentor and support the clinical and care teams
  • Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and clinical governance requirements
  • Support AN-ACC processes, funding and clinical documentation
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and positive clinical outcomes
  • Act as a key escalation point for complex clinical matters and resident care needs

About You:
  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (essential)
  • Experience within residential aged care, ideally in a senior RN or leadership role
  • Strong clinical knowledge with confident decision-making ability
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
  • Passion for delivering high-quality care and making a genuine difference to residents’ lives
  • Korean-speaking skills would be highly beneficial, as the majority of residents speak Korean
