Are you a strong clinical leader ready to step into a Care Manager role with a leading for profit provider. 

We’re partnering with a well-established and growing provider to appoint a Care Manager for a medium sized facility. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role where you can truly make an impact on care delivery and team performance.


The Opportunity

Working closely with a supportive Facility Manager and Head office management team, you will take ownership of clinical operations across the home, leading and developing your team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.


Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of clinical care delivery
• Lead, mentor, and support the clinical and care teams
• Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards
• Support funding, budgeting, and AN-ACC processes
• Drive continuous improvement and clinical outcomes
• Act as a key escalation point for complex clinical matters

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (essential)
• Experience within residential aged care, ideally in a senior RN or leadership role
• Strong clinical knowledge with confident decision-making ability
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to build and motivate teams
• Passion for delivering high-quality care and making a genuine difference
