A well-established residential aged care home is seeking an experienced and clinically capable Care Manager to join the team during an exciting period of growth.

About the Role
As the clinical lead for the service, you will oversee, support and develop the clinical and care teams while ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred care.
This role combines clinical leadership, compliance oversight, workforce development and continuous improvement within a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead all aspects of clinical care delivery across the home
• Support, mentor and develop nursing and care teams
• Drive compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards
• Manage clinical governance, audits and quality improvement initiatives
• Support AN-ACC, funding and budget management processes
• Oversee clinical documentation and care planning outcomes
• Build positive relationships with residents, families and stakeholders
• Act as the escalation point for complex clinical matters
About You
You are a proactive, supportive and highly organised leader who genuinely enjoys developing teams and improving resident outcomes.
You will also bring:
• Previous experience as a Care Manager, Clinical Manager, CCC or senior aged care leader
• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Experience within residential aged care
• Confidence managing audits, accreditation and compliance requirements
• Experience leading and developing multidisciplinary teams
• Strong understanding of AN-ACC and clinical governance frameworks
