An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Care Manager to join a well-established not-for-profit aged care provider in Broken Hill.
Whether you're an experienced Care Manager or a confident Clinical Care Coordinator ready to take the next step, this role offers the chance to lead a dedicated clinical team while making a genuine difference in a close-knit community.
Joining a supportive leadership team, you'll play a key role in driving clinical excellence, mentoring staff and delivering high-quality resident care.
The OpportunityAs the Care Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day clinical operations of the home, ensuring compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards while supporting continuous improvement across the service.
You'll work collaboratively with site leadership to build capability within the clinical team, promote a positive workplace culture and ensure residents receive safe, person-centred care.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Residential Aged Care experience, ideally within a clinical leadership role
- Strong knowledge of aged care legislation, accreditation and clinical governance
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
- A passion for developing teams and delivering exceptional resident care
