An outstanding opportunity is available for an experienced Care Manager to join a large, fully compliant residential aged care home in Canberra. This role offers strong leadership support, additional quality and education resources, and the chance to step into a stable, well-structured service.

🩺 The Opportunity

Working alongside another Care Manager, you’ll play a key role in leading clinical excellence, mentoring nursing staff, and ensuring high-quality outcomes for residents. You’ll be supported by a robust leadership structure and dedicated Quality & Education teams.

Reporting structure:
FM → 2x Care Managers → RNs → Care Staff
