The Opportunity

• Medium–large residential aged care facility
• Salary: $145,000 – $150,000 Super Salary Packaging
• Strong leadership structure: Facility Manager > 2x Care Managers > RNs > Care Staff
• Fully compliant home with excellent foundations in place

• Current AHPRA Registration (essential)
• Experience within residential aged care
• Strong clinical knowledge and leadership capability
