The Opportunity
- Medium–large residential aged care facility
- Salary: $145,000 – $150,000 Super Salary Packaging
- Strong leadership structure: Facility Manager > 2x Care Managers > RNs > Care Staff
- Fully compliant home with excellent foundations in place
