Looking for a Clinical Manager role where you can focus on quality care, lead a great team and work alongside a genuinely supportive Facility Manager?
We're partnering with a well-established aged care provider to recruit an experienced Clinical Manager for a welcoming medium-sized residential aged care home in Capalaba.
This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a stable, well-run service with a positive team culture, strong clinical standards and leadership that values collaboration and development.
About the Role
As the Clinical Manager and second in charge of the home, you'll work closely with the Facility Manager to oversee clinical operations, support staff development and ensure exceptional outcomes for residents.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and mentoring Registered Nurses, ENs and Care Staff
- Driving clinical governance, quality and compliance outcomes
- Supporting accreditation readiness and continuous improvement initiatives
- Building strong relationships with residents, families and stakeholders
- Assisting with operational management, reporting and workforce planning
- Supporting the overall performance of the home alongside the Facility Manager
About You
To be successful, you will have:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Previous experience in a Clinical Manager, Care Manager, NUM or similar leadership role
- Strong knowledge of aged care legislation, quality standards and clinical governance
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A passion for delivering high-quality resident-centred care
