We are partnering with a well-established not-for-profit aged care provider to recruit an experienced Care Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable leadership team within a home that has strong foundations, established systems, and a clear focus on delivering high-quality resident care.

About you
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Previous experience in aged care leadership roles
- Strong understanding of aged care standards and compliance
- Experience leading and mentoring clinical teams
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Passion for delivering high-quality resident care
- Full Australian working rights
