The Opportunity
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Care Manager to step into a well-supported residential aged care home where clinical leadership is genuinely valued.
You’ll be backed by an on-site Facility Manager who is also an RN, as well as additional clinical support - allowing you to focus on what you do best: leading quality care, supporting staff, and driving positive resident outcomes.
With relocation support available, this role is ideal for someone seeking stability, leadership, and a fresh start in a welcoming regional community.
 
What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and oversee clinical care across the home
  • Support and mentor nursing and care teams
  • Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards
  • Drive clinical governance and continuous improvement
  • Work closely with the Facility Manager on best practice care
  • Promote a positive, supportive clinical culture

• AHPRA Registered Nurse with clinical leadership experience
  • Confident, hands-on leader who enjoys supporting teams
  • Strong knowledge of compliance and clinical standards
  • Calm, organised, and solutions-focused
  • Passionate about delivering high-quality aged care
