We are seeking a passionate and capable Care Manager to join a well-established Residential Aged Care home. Reporting directly to the Facility Manager, this role is the second-in-command within the home and plays a critical part in delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

The Role

• Lead the delivery of high-quality clinical and person-centred care
• Oversee clinical governance, compliance, audits and reporting
• Support accreditation readiness and continuous improvement initiatives
• Mentor, guide and develop nursing and care teams
• Build strong, trusting relationships with residents and families
• Assist in workforce planning, rostering and financial oversight
• Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory requirements

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a nursing management role (ward level or above)
• Demonstrated experience within Residential Aged Care
• Strong knowledge of clinical governance and aged care compliance
• Experience managing teams and contributing to budgets
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
