A genuinely rewarding Care Manager opportunity in a beautiful regional location.
An established and highly regarded not-for-profit aged care provider is looking for an experienced Care Manager to join a medium-sized residential aged care home just a short drive from Frederickton.
This is a great opportunity for a confident clinical leader who enjoys being close to their team, knowing their residents and making a genuine difference within a close-knit, family-focused home environment.
The Opportunity
You’ll be joining a fully compliant home with a supportive leadership structure and an experienced clinical team around you.
Reporting to the Facility Manager, you’ll lead the clinical function of the home while working closely with the CCCs, RNs and wider care team to ensure residents receive safe, high-quality and person-centred care.

We’re looking for an experienced Care Manager who is confident leading a clinical team and passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
You’ll ideally have:
- Previous Care Manager experience within Residential Aged Care
- Strong clinical leadership and people management capability
- A solid understanding of aged care compliance, governance and quality
- The ability to lead, mentor and develop a clinical team
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
- A genuine passion for resident outcomes and quality care
- The flexibility and commitment to work in a regional location
