• Lead and support Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses and Personal Care Assistants.
• Oversee clinical assessments, care planning and documentation.
• Drive clinical governance, compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor clinical indicators, incidents and risk management processes.
• Mentor and develop the clinical team through coaching and education.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, GPs and allied health professionals.
• Support accreditation readiness and ongoing quality improvement activities.
• Promote a positive culture centred on collaboration, accountability and resident outcomes.

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Previous clinical leadership experience within residential aged care.
• Strong understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards and clinical governance.
• Experience leading and developing multidisciplinary clinical teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional resident-centred care.
• Organised, proactive and committed to continuous improvement.
