$130,000 – $140,000 Super
Step into a key clinical leadership role where you can genuinely influence care standards, support nurses and work alongside a strong Facility Manager.
We are partnering with a well-established aged care provider to recruit an experienced Care Manager to help lead clinical operations within a stable and well-supported residential home. This role sits within a clear leadership structure and will see you working closely with the Facility Manager while guiding a team of Registered Nurses and care staff.
The home is an established service with strong operational foundations and an experienced team already in place. With future accreditation on the horizon, this position will suit someone who enjoys maintaining high clinical standards while continuing to support team development and quality improvement.

The role
- Oversee day-to-day clinical operations within the home
- Lead and support Registered Nurses and care staff
- Ensure high standards of clinical care and documentation
- Support quality improvement and accreditation readiness
- Work closely with the Facility Manager on governance
- Assist with audits, compliance and continuous improvement
- Maintain strong communication with families and stakeholders
This is a home with a clear leadership structure and established systems already in place.
The Care Manager works closely alongside the Facility Manager and nursing team to maintain strong clinical standards while supporting staff development and continuous improvement across the service.

Requirements
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Previous experience in aged care leadership roles
- Strong knowledge of aged care standards and compliance
- Experience supporting and mentoring clinical teams
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Full Australian working rights
