You’ll be part of a medium-sized facility with a supportive management team and strong clinical structure. The organisation offers ongoing learning and career development, ensuring you’re supported to grow both personally and professionally.
About You:
- AHPRA Registered Nurse qualification (current and unrestricted)
- 2 years’ experience as a Clinical or Care Manager in a large aged care environment
- Excellent and up-to-date clinical knowledge and assessment skills
- Strong leadership and experience in staff supervision and development
- Knowledge of funding, accreditation, and care planning processes
- Empathy and communication skills that make a real difference
- Great time management and problem-solving ability
- Confident using clinical systems and digital tools
- National Police Check (within the last 12 months)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (required for NDIS-funded homes)
