About the Role
As the clinical lead for the service, you will oversee, support and drive all aspects of clinical care delivery across the home.
This role combines clinical leadership, team development, quality and compliance oversight, and resident-centred care within a well-resourced and supportive environment.
Working closely with the Facility Manager and broader leadership team, you will help ensure strong clinical outcomes, regulatory compliance and a positive experience for residents, families and staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the clinical team to deliver safe, high-quality resident care
  • Oversee care planning, clinical assessments and documentation processes
  • Support, mentor and develop Registered Nurses and care staff
  • Drive compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards
  • Manage incidents, clinical risks and escalation processes
  • Conduct clinical audits and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families, GPs and allied health professionals
  • Support accreditation readiness and quality improvement activities

About You
You are a compassionate, organised and highly capable clinical leader who genuinely enjoys supporting residents and developing teams.
You will also bring:
  • Experience as a Care Manager, Clinical Care Coordinator or Clinical Manager within residential aged care
  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Confidence managing accreditation processes, audits and family concerns
  • Experience leading and mentoring clinical teams
  • Strong understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards
  • Full Australian working rights

What's on Offer
  • Opportunity to join a well-established medium-sized aged care home
  • Supportive Facility Manager and experienced leadership team
  • Stable provider with strong systems and governance structures
  • Coastal lifestyle in beautiful Mollymook
  • Career progression opportunities within a growing organisation
  • Employee wellbeing and recognition programs

If you are passionate about delivering high-quality clinical care, thrive in a leadership position and want to contribute to excellent resident outcomes, we would love to hear from you.
