We are seeking an experienced and passionate Care Manager to join a large, fully compliant nursing home in Ballina. This is your chance to lead with confidence, drive positive outcomes, and make a genuine difference in the lives of residents and your team.

- Salary: $145,000 – $155,000 Super Salary Packaging
- Structure: Facility Manager > 2x Care Managers > RNs
