An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Care Manager to join a large, well-run residential aged care home near Lidcombe. This is a key leadership role within a stable and fully compliant service, offering strong clinical, quality, and education support.

🩺 The Role

As Care Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading clinical care, supporting your nursing team, and ensuring exceptional outcomes for residents. You’ll work closely with an experienced Facility Manager and benefit from dedicated Quality & Education support.

Reporting structure:
FM → CM → CCC → RNs → Care Staff
