Location: Maroochydore, QLD
Full Time | Up to $125K Salary Packaging Benefits
An exciting opportunity is now available for an experienced Care Manager to join a well-established residential aged care service on the Sunshine Coast. This leadership role has become available due to an internal promotion and offers the chance to step into a supportive, values-driven organisation with a strong focus on quality care and team culture.

About the Role
As Care Manager, you will lead and oversee the delivery of safe, person-centred clinical and personal care across a large residential aged care home. Working closely with the Service Manager, you will ensure compliance, continuous improvement, and excellence in clinical governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the delivery of high-quality clinical and personal care
- Oversee care planning, medication management, and clinical governance
- Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation requirements
- Mentor, coach and support nursing and care teams
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning, budgets and continuous improvement initiatives
- Foster a positive, compassionate and high-performing team culture
About You
- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
- Proven leadership experience within residential aged care
- Strong knowledge of aged care clinical standards and compliance
- Excellent communication and team development skills
- Infection Prevention & Control qualification (preferred)
- Full working rights in Australia
