We’re partnering with a large, well-established for-profit aged care provider seeking a confident and capable Care Manager to join their fully compliant 100-bed nursing home in Newcastle.

This is not a standalone role — you’ll be part of a structured leadership team, working collaboratively to drive clinical excellence, maintain compliance, and foster a positive team culture.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Overseeing clinical operations across the home
• Supporting and mentoring RNs and care staff
• Ensuring Aged Care Quality Standards are upheld
• Partnering with the Facility Manager and Quality & Education Manager
• Driving continuous improvement and resident-centred care

• Current AHPRA registration (RN)
• Strong leadership experience within residential aged care
• Solid understanding of compliance and accreditation
• Confident communicator who leads from the front
