About the Opportunity
As the Care Manager, you'll play a pivotal leadership role within the home, overseeing clinical operations and supporting a team of Registered Nurses and Care Staff to deliver exceptional resident outcomes.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being visible on the floor, building strong relationships with their team, and driving a culture of clinical excellence.
You'll be joining a home where the foundations are already in place, allowing you to focus on leadership, coaching, and continuous improvement rather than constantly managing compliance concerns.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership across the home
- Support, mentor, and develop nursing teams
- Monitor and maintain high standards of resident care
- Drive clinical compliance and quality outcomes
- Partner closely with the Facility Manager on service performance
- Foster a positive and engaged workplace culture
- Support accreditation and continuous improvement initiatives
To be successful, you will have:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Previous experience working as a Care Manager within Residential Aged Care
- Strong clinical knowledge and leadership capability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A passion for delivering exceptional resident outcomes
- Sound understanding of aged care compliance and quality standards
