Description

Care Manager – Sanctuary Point

What's the Opportunity?

A well-established 120-bed residential aged care home in Sanctuary Point is seeking an experienced and clinically capable Care Manager to join the team.
This is a highly rewarding opportunity for a people-focused, clinically capable and stable leader who thrives in a structured environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality resident care. You will play a key role in leading the clinical team, supporting residents and their families, and maintaining strong care outcomes every step of the way.

If you are experienced, committed and clinically confident, this role offers the chance to make a genuine impact while growing your career within the aged care sector and a well-established not-for-profit provider.

About the Role

As one of two Care Managers within the Home, you will lead, support and oversee the clinical care team to ensure residents receive safe, high-quality and person-centred care.
This role combines clinical leadership, team management, quality and compliance, and resident and family engagement within a well-supported and fully compliant environment.
The home provides both residential aged care and palliative care, with no major areas of concern identified from a compliance perspective.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the clinical team to deliver safe, high-quality resident care
  • Manage day-to-day clinical operations and support the nursing team
  • Monitor clinical standards, documentation and care outcomes
  • Support RNs and care staff with clinical leadership and guidance
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families and key stakeholders
  • Drive quality and compliance across the home
  • Collaborate with the Facility Manager, Clinical Nurse Lead and CNC
  • Respond confidently to resident and family concerns when required

About You

You are a clinically capable, committed and dependable individual who genuinely supports residents, families and your team through every stage of their care journey.
You will also bring:
  • At least 1 year of experience in a Care Manager role within residential aged care
  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Experience leading and supporting nursing and care teams
  • Experience working within a residential aged care environment
  • Confidence managing clinical, resident and family matters
  • A genuine commitment to finding a long-term opportunity and building stability within your next role
What's on Offer
  • Opportunity to join a well-established not-for-profit aged care provider
  • Lead within a structured and supportive clinical leadership team
  • Fully compliant home with no major areas of concern
  • Supportive and collaborative team environment
  • Meaningful work where you can make a genuine difference
  • Salary: $125,000–$135,000 + Super + Salary Packaging
  • If your salary expectations are above $135,000, we are happy to discuss what you would need to make the opportunity work

About E4 People

E4 People has been a specialist healthcare recruitment partner since 2012. Over the past decade we have built deep relationships across aged care, allied health, and hospital settings throughout Australia. When you work with us, you get more than a single job opening. You get a recruiter who understands the sector, knows the leadership teams, and can talk honestly about culture, career pathways and where your skills will be valued.

What this looks like in practice:

  • A dedicated consultant who works with you on your career, not just this role
  • Honest market insight on salary, growth, and where the sector is moving
  • Discreet, professional handling at every stage. We do not share your details without permission
  • Ongoing support post placement, because the right fit matters longer than the offer date
We are proud that many of the candidates we place return to us years later for their next career move. That is the standard we aim for on every search.

If you are passionate about quality resident care, thrive in a structured clinical environment, and want to contribute to a well-run, compliant aged care home, we would love to hear from you.
