We are partnering with a well-established not-for-profit aged care provider to recruit a Care Manager for a medium residential service. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced clinical leader who enjoys being hands-on, supporting staff, and driving quality outcomes.

• Oversee day-to-day clinical operations within the home
• Lead and support Registered Nurses and care staff
• Ensure high standards of clinical care and documentation
• Support compliance, audits, and quality improvement
• Work closely with the Facility Manager on governance
• Assist with staff development and performance management
• Maintain strong communication with families and stakeholders

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Previous experience in aged care leadership roles
• Strong understanding of aged care standards and compliance
• Experience supporting and mentoring clinical teams
• Strong communication and organisational skills
