We are partnering with a well-established not-for-profit aged care provider to recruit a Care Manager for a medium residential service. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced clinical leader who enjoys being hands-on, supporting staff, and driving quality outcomes.

Requirements
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Previous experience in aged care leadership roles
- Strong understanding of aged care standards and compliance
- Experience supporting and mentoring clinical teams
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Full Australian working rights
