• AHPRA Registered Nurse with strong clinical leadership experience
• Previous experience in a Care Manager or senior clinical role
• Excellent understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards and compliance frameworks
• Collaborative and approachable leadership style
• Passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care
