An excellent opportunity is available for an experienced Care Manager to join a well-established not-for-profit aged care provider at a large residential aged care facility in Wagga Wagga.

This role is ideal for a strong clinical leader who is passionate about quality care, enjoys supporting teams, and wants to work in a values-driven organisation that genuinely prioritises residents, staff, and community.

About the Role Reporting to the Facility Manager, you will play a key leadership role in overseeing clinical care delivery and supporting nursing and care teams to provide safe, high-quality, person-centred care. You will be responsible for clinical governance, compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards, and fostering a positive, supportive care culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and support to RNs and care staff
• Ensure high standards of clinical care, governance, and compliance
• Support accreditation readiness, audits, and continuous improvement
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, and stakeholders
• Mentor, coach, and develop staff to achieve best-practice outcomes

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Previous experience as a Care Manager, Clinical Manager, or Senior RN
• Strong knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards and clinical governance
• Confident communicator with strong leadership and people-management skills
• Passion for working within a not-for-profit, values-based organisation
