We are partnering with a large, well-established not-for-profit provider to recruit a confident and experienced Care Manager for a fully compliant residential aged care home.

The Role
Working closely with the Facility Manager, you will oversee clinical care delivery, mentor the nursing team, and ensure ongoing compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards.
You will:

• Lead and support the clinical team
• Oversee care planning and documentation
• Drive quality and continuous improvement initiatives
• Manage incidents and clinical governance processes
• Support accreditation readiness

• AHPRA Registered Nurse
• Experience as a Care Manager, Deputy Manager or senior CCC
• Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards
• Confident leading and mentoring clinical teams
• Organised, proactive and solutions-focused
