Step into a senior clinical leadership role where you can confidently influence care standards, support nurses, and guide a large, experienced team.
We are partnering with a well-established for-profit aged care provider to recruit an experienced Care Manager for their 80-bed facility. This role offers the chance to lead a re-commissioning home while preparing for upcoming accreditation.
This is a highly visible leadership position, reporting directly to the Facility Manager and working closely with the Clinical Care Coordinator, Registered Nurses, and care staff. With a strong operational and team culture already in place, the ideal candidate will fit seamlessly while confidently stepping into leadership when required.

The Care Manager will work closely alongside the Facility Manager in a home with established systems and a strong, positive culture. This role requires someone who can lead a mixed team of long-tenured and newer nurses with confidence and authority.

Requirements
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- 3–5 years’ experience in management (aged care experience preferred)
- Strong skills in staff management, rostering, quality, and data analysis
- Confident communicator with leadership presence
- Full Australian working rights
