Description
A well-established residential aged care provider in Sydney is seeking an experienced and clinically capable Care Manager to join the team in a rewarding leadership opportunity.

Working closely with the senior leadership team, you will play a key role in supporting exceptional resident care, developing high-performing teams and ensuring the home continues to deliver safe, compliant and high-quality outcomes. About the Role
As the Care Manager, you will be a key member of the home's leadership team and act as the second-in-command, drawing on your clinical expertise to improve every aspect of residents' wellbeing and experience.
You will lead, develop and oversee the clinical and care functions of the home, working closely with residents, families, nurses and care teams to ensure consistently high standards of care.
This role combines clinical leadership, people management, compliance, care planning and operational support, with a strong focus on resident outcomes and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor clinical compliance, reporting, documentation, stock and relevant operational requirements
- Work collaboratively with the wider leadership team to identify risks, resolve issues and drive continuous improvement
- Promote a culture built around honesty, ethical leadership, accountability and a genuine commitment to improving residents' lives
You are a compassionate, ethical and highly capable clinical leader who genuinely values residents, families and the teams who support them.
- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a nursing management role
- Previous experience within residential aged care
- Proven experience managing people, budgets and clinical operations
- Strong understanding of clinical governance, compliance and quality within aged care
- Excellent communication, leadership and relationship-building skills
- $140,000 + Superannuation
