Care Manager – Residential Aged Care
The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Care Manager to step into a leadership role within a well-established, not-for-profit aged care provider known for its strong values, supportive culture, and commitment to quality care.
Reporting directly to the General Manager, you’ll be a visible, hands-on leader -supporting your team, strengthening clinical outcomes, and ensuring residents receive exceptional, person-centred care.
