This is a highly rewarding opportunity for a skilled, dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse looking to take the next step in their career or further develop their leadership experience within residential aged care.
The organisation is committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care and creating an environment where residents are treated with dignity, compassion and genuine respect.
If you are clinically confident, collaborative and passionate about aged care, this role offers the opportunity to make a genuine impact while building a long-term career within a supportive organisation.

About the Role

This full-time position combines clinical leadership, hands-on nursing care, care planning, mentoring and staff support, while working closely with residents, families, healthcare professionals and the leadership team.
You will have the opportunity to lead, mentor and support the care team, contribute to positive resident outcomes and help maintain high standards of clinical practice within the home.
The role is particularly suited to an experienced Registered Nurse who is ready to step up, take on greater responsibility and have their clinical expertise recognised.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive clinical documentation
  • Oversee infection prevention and control practices
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory standards and accreditation requirements
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families and external healthcare providers
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to achieve positive resident outcomes
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and ongoing clinical excellence
  • Support a culture of teamwork, genuine connection and person-centred care
About You

You will also bring:
  • Bachelor of Nursing with current AHPRA registration
  • Minimum 2 years' nursing experience in residential aged care
  • Experience in a similar clinical care role will be highly regarded
  • Strong clinical assessment, documentation and evidence-based practice skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary care team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence engaging with residents, families, colleagues and external healthcare professionals
  • Proficient computer and information management skills, including Microsoft applications and clinical software systems
  • Sound understanding of the aged care accreditation process
  • Ability to meet relevant Aged Care Worker Screening requirements
  • A genuine commitment to delivering compassionate, safe and person-centred care

  • Full-time Clinical Care Coordinator position
  • Opportunity to take the next step in your clinical career
  • Supportive leadership team with leaders onsite
  • Strong focus on training and professional development
  • Salary packaging of up to $15,900 for living expenses

About E4 People

E4 People has been a specialist healthcare recruitment partner since 2012. Over the past decade we have built deep relationships across aged care, allied health, and hospital settings throughout Australia. When you work with us, you get more than a single job opening. You get a recruiter who understands the sector, knows the leadership teams, and can talk honestly about culture, career pathways and where your skills will be valued.

What this looks like in practice:

  • A dedicated consultant who works with you on your career, not just this role
  • Honest market insight on salary, growth, and where the sector is moving
  • Discreet, professional handling at every stage. We do not share your details without permission
  • Ongoing support post placement, because the right fit matters longer than the offer date
We are proud that many of the candidates we place return to us years later for their next career move. That is the standard we aim for on every search.
If you are passionate about clinical excellence, enjoy supporting and mentoring others, and are ready to take the next step in your residential aged care career, we would love to hear from you.
