Description
Our client a well-established and highly respected aged care provider on the Central Coast to recruit an experienced Clinical Care Coordinator.
This is a highly supported role with dedicated AN-ACC, Clinical Governance and Learning & Development teams, plus Nurse Practitioner support allowing you to focus on strong clinical leadership and resident outcomes.
The Role
- Lead and mentor nursing and care teams
- Ensure high-quality, person-centred care delivery
- Oversee compliance, documentation, risk and quality indicators
- Support AN-ACC processes and funding readiness
- Liaise with families and multidisciplinary stakeholders
About You
You will bring:
- AHPRA Registered Nurse
- Previous experience in a clinical leadership or supervisory role
- Strong understanding of AN-ACC & Aged Care Quality Standards
- Confident communicator with a collaborative leadership style
- Passion for aged care and resident-centred practice
- A high level of clinical competence and accountability
