$115,000 - $120, 000 Super NFP Salary Packaging

Ready to take the next step in your career? This is a genuine opportunity to move from Registered Nurse into a Clinical Care Coordinator role within a supportive and well-structured aged care home.
We are partnering with a well-established not-for-profit provider to recruit a Clinical Care Coordinator. This role is ideal for a strong, confident RN who is ready to step into leadership, with the support of an experienced Facility Manager and Care Manager.
You’ll be supported to grow into the role while still being hands-on, developing your leadership capability and clinical oversight skills.

The role
  • Support the day-to-day clinical operations of the home
  • Mentor and guide Registered Nurses and care staff
  • Assist with clinical oversight and care delivery
  • Support audits, compliance, and quality improvement
  • Monitor clinical indicators and documentation
  • Contribute to care planning and resident reviews
  • Work closely with the Facility Manager and Care Manager
Support and leadership This is a highly supportive environment with an experienced leadership team in place, making it an ideal setting for someone stepping into a CCC role for the first time.
You’ll be guided by strong clinical leaders while building confidence in managing clinical outcomes, supporting staff, and maintaining high standards of care.

About you
  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Strong experience as an RN in aged care
  • Ready to step into a leadership role
  • Confident communicator with a proactive approach
  • Passion for mentoring and supporting teams
  • Good understanding of aged care standards
  • Full Australian working rights
