Clinical Care Coordinator | Clinical Lead | Aged Care
$119,864 Super Salary Packaging

Step into a key clinical leadership role where you can support nurses, influence quality outcomes, and help deliver exceptional care within a fully compliant aged care home.
We are partnering with a well-established not-for-profit aged care provider to recruit an experienced Clinical Care Coordinator. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong Registered Nurse or emerging clinical leader looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive and well-structured environment.
Working closely with the Facility Manager and Care Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting clinical operations, mentoring nursing staff, and ensuring high standards of care are maintained across the home.

The role
  • Support the day-to-day clinical operations of the home
  • Provide leadership and guidance to Registered Nurses and care staff
  • Monitor clinical indicators and support quality improvement initiatives
  • Assist with care planning, assessments and clinical documentation
  • Support accreditation readiness and compliance requirements
  • Work closely with the Care Manager on clinical governance activities
  • Mentor and develop clinical team members
  • Build positive relationships with residents, families and stakeholders
Support and leadershipThis home operates within a structured leadership model consisting of a Facility Manager, Care Manager, Clinical Care Coordinator, Registered Nurses and Care Staff.
You will be supported by an experienced leadership team and join a service with strong systems, established processes and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.

About you
  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Previous experience within residential aged care
  • Leadership experience or a desire to step into a clinical leadership role
  • Strong understanding of aged care standards and compliance
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Passion for delivering quality resident care
  • Full Australian working rights
