As Clinical Care Manager, you will work closely with an experienced Facility Manager and lead clinical operations across the home, ensuring best-practice care, compliance, and staff development.

Structure:
FM → 2 x Clinical Managers → Quality & Education Support → RNs → Care Staff

• AHPRA-registered Registered Nurse (essential)
