As Clinical Manager, you’ll lead the care team to provide safe, welcoming, and person-centred care. You’ll play a hands-on role in improving clinical outcomes, supporting staff development, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement across the home.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, guide, and support care staff in day-to-day clinical practice.
- Oversee assessments, care planning, and documentation to ensure resident needs are met.
- Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and multidisciplinary health teams.
- Drive quality improvement initiatives and support incident management and risk mitigation.
- Champion a culture of respect, teamwork, and ongoing learning.
- Assist with compliance, accreditation, and clinical governance activities.
- Mentor and coach team members, promoting best practice at all times.
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Experience in aged care in a clinical leadership or Clinical Manager role.
- Supportive leadership style with a passion for coaching and guiding others.
- Confidence in clinical decision-making, care planning, and team oversight.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- A genuine commitment to resident-centred care and continuous improvement.
- Experience with funding models or accreditation is a plus—full training and support provided.
