Clinical Care Manager

About the Role
As Clinical Manager, you’ll lead the care team to provide safe, welcoming, and person-centred care. You’ll play a hands-on role in improving clinical outcomes, supporting staff development, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement across the home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, guide, and support care staff in day-to-day clinical practice.
  • Oversee assessments, care planning, and documentation to ensure resident needs are met.
  • Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and multidisciplinary health teams.
  • Drive quality improvement initiatives and support incident management and risk mitigation.
  • Champion a culture of respect, teamwork, and ongoing learning.
  • Assist with compliance, accreditation, and clinical governance activities.
  • Mentor and coach team members, promoting best practice at all times.
What We’re Looking For
  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
  • Experience in aged care in a clinical leadership or Clinical Manager role.
  • Supportive leadership style with a passion for coaching and guiding others.
  • Confidence in clinical decision-making, care planning, and team oversight.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • A genuine commitment to resident-centred care and continuous improvement.
  • Experience with funding models or accreditation is a plus—full training and support provided.
